For more information on opting out, please see the section below entitled "How do I withdraw consent, delete, request access or amend the information you provide?" However, please note that opting out or withdrawing your authorization to collect, use or process your personal Information will affect your use of the Services and Platform. For example, opting out of location collection will result in your location-based functionality being disabled.

    Conditions of Information Gathering

    We will/may collect your personal information:

    • When you register and/or use this service or this platform;
    • When you submit forms online or in writing, including but not limited to application forms or other forms related to our products or services;

    Collection of other information

    1. As with most websites and mobile applications, the information sent by your device may include data about you recorded by web servers as you browse our Platforms. The information we collect may include not limited to: your Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, mobile device type, characteristics of the mobile device, unique device identifier (UDID) of the mobile device or Mobile Equipment Identifier (MEID), the address of the referring website (if any). As well as the pages you visit on our website and mobile applications and the time of your visit, and sometimes "cookies" (which can be opted out through your browser) to help the website record the time of your last visit. If you are logged in, this information is associated with your buyer account. This information is also included in anonymous statistics so that we can understand how visitors use our website.
    2. Our mobile applications may use technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi, etc. to collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.     • In response to legal process or to comply with any applicable legal, governmental or regulatory requirements in the relevant jurisdiction or where we deem such disclosure necessary in good faith, including but not limited to compliance with rockflow or a disclosure requirement under any legal requirement;
    • Producing statistical data or conducting research activities for internal and statutory reporting needs and/or record keeping;
    • Conducting due diligence or other screening activities (including but not limited to background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations, or pursuant to legal requirements or risk management procedures established by us;
    • Prevent or investigate any actual or suspected rockflow policy violation, fraud, illegal activity, negligence or misconduct, whether or not related to your use of the service or arising out of your relationship with us;
    • Store, host, backup your personal information in or outside your jurisdiction;
    • Any other purpose notified to you and obtained with your consent to get the information.

You agree and acknowledge that, if in accordance with the order of a court, or in response to the request of any government or regulatory agency which have jurisdiction over RockFlow, or RockFlow believes in good faith, it is reasonably necessary for the following purposes to access, save or disclose your account information and content: (a) to comply with legal process; (b) to comply with the requirements of any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over RockFlow; (c) to enforce RockFlow’s Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy; (d) to respond any threatening or actual claims against RockFlow, or other claims that purport to infringe the rights of third parties; (e) respond to your customer service needs; or (f) protect the personal and property rights of RockFlow, its users and/or the public .

     

    3. As the purpose for which we will/may collect, use, disclose or process your personal information depends on the real-time circumstances, the purpose may not be covered by the above. However, we will inform you of this other purpose when we obtain your consent, unless the relevant law allows us to process the applicable information without your consent.

    Maintenance and Protection of Personal Information

    1. We will take reasonable and necessary security measures under the existing technical level to ensure that your personal information is safe on our system, including but not limited to physical, technical and administrative measures to minimize loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Due to various malicious means and continuous breakthroughs in science and technology, you acknowledge and understand that even if we try our best to take the above measures, your personal information may still be leaked, damaged or lost, and RockFlow does not undertake any commitment or guarantee for this.
    2. We will retain your personal information based on relevant laws and regulations on privacy protection and/or other applicable laws, that is, we will destroy or anonymize your personal information, if we reasonably believe that (i) retain the personal information no longer consistent with the purpose for which the personal information was collected; (ii) it is no longer necessary to retain the personal information for any legal or business purpose; and (iii) there is no other legitimate interest to further retain such personal information. If you stop using this platform or your permission to use this platform and/or this service is terminated, we will continue to process your personal information as required by applicable law in accordance with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and relevant privacy laws information.

    Information Collected by Third Parties

    From time to time, we and third parties may provide software application downloads for your use on or through the service. These applications may individually access and allow third parties to view your identifying information (such as your name, user ID, computer IP address, or other information), such as those previously installed by you or by third-party software applications or websites Cookies installed for you. RockFlow does not own or control the third-party products or services offered through these applications.     Disclaimer Regarding Security and Third-Party Websites

    1. We do not guarantee the security of personal information and/or other information you provide on third party websites. We do implement various security measures to maintain the security of the personal information we hold or control. Your personal information is stored in a protected network, accessible only to limited persons with special access rights to the network, and they are required to keep such personal information confidential. We provide secure servers when you use this service or submit personal information to this platform. All personal information you provide will be stored in our database in encrypted form and can only be accessed as set out in the above terms.
    2. In order to provide higher value services, we may choose to link various third-party websites to this platform and put the third-party websites in the framework of this platform. We may also engage in co-branding or similar relationships in order to provide e-commerce and other services and features to our visitors.     Information Abroad Transfer

    Your personal data and/or information may be transferred to and stored or processed outside your country. RockFlow will only transmit your information abroad in compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.

    Withdrawal, Modification of Personal Information

    1. Opt Out and Withdraw Consent

    You can opt-out from the personal information security officer by sending an email to contact@rockflow.net​ and no longer consent to our collection, use and/or disclosure of personal information about you that is owned or controlled by us, and we will processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant obligations under the Privacy Act and other applicable laws. However, your withdrawal of consent means that we will no longer be able to provide you with services and may need to terminate your existing relationship and/or your contract with us.

    Terms and Conditions
