At Rockflow, we're dedicated to delivering your favorite products with ease. For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping within the continental United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and several other countries (contact customer service for the latest country list). Please note that if your order includes products that weigh 27 pounds or more, a large package surcharge may apply. This surcharge is not included in the free shipping offer.

Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to Rockflow Customer Service within 1 hour from the time you placed your order. Please be aware that order changes and cancellations can only be processed during our business hours, which are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. This includes requests for cancellations, address modifications, and changes to shipping options.
